Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into the A.P.C. online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
